As an investor you take the full amount offered in the listing. This is the most common approach by our investors wanting full control and discretion. Deallocker offers a third-party independent advisor to underwrite the deal if needed.

Participation
Participate in a loan already underwritten and invested by an asset manager or family office. Returns are lower as the asset manager takes a fee but investors benefit from another asset manager having already committed capital.

Sponsor & broker pre-screen
We require all deal providers to undergo ID verification and to be approved only after internal checks have been made and before they can list a deal.
Commitment & track record
We show how much the sponsor is committing to the deal and can analyse a sponsors track record based on associated previous SPVs.
Leverage third parties
Investors can invest in deals already underwritten by a family office or asset manager (participation deals, see below), or where senior bank finance is in place.
